FAQ
how many pictures will we receive?
i am a shutterbug but it typically depends on how long the session is, but an hour session the average you can expect is 75-100 images.
how should we dress for our family session?
the goal is to coordinate, not match. if you need help on this, reach out to me! i'd be happy to help!
what’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?
anytime between birth + 3 weeks is the sweet spot in my opinion. But ultimately, the decision is up to you and when you feel like mama + baby are feeling up to it!
what happens if it rains?
if the chance of rain is higher than 40% 24 hours before your session, we’ll reschedule to the next available date without any additional fees.
how long does it take to edit my photos?
your gallery will be delivered between 3-4 weeks. but don’t worry, you won’t have to wait that long for a sneak peek. within 24 hours of your session, i’ll send you 2-3 photos (usually my favorites) to enjoy and share while your full gallery is being edited.
do you shoot weddings?
unfortunately, at this point in time i don't have the equipment to do full scale weddings, but if you are doing a small intimate wedding, feel free to reach out for more information.
do you watermark your photos?
i firmly believe that when i deliver your album to you, they are YOUR photos. once delivered, you have the rights to do whatever you would like with the photographs. although... i'd love to be tagged on social media if you post them! :)
i don’t know what to do in front of a camera! can you make me feel less awkward?
i got you! when it comes to posing, i’ll guide you through your session to make sure you never feel awkward! by the end of it, you'll be a natural! plus, i am the biggest hype girl!
